The honest version

Your business deserves more than a CRM with your logo on it.

There’s a point every growing Salesforce org hits where the standard tools just stop. Flows get tangled. The thing the sales team actually needs can’t be built with a few clicks. A report that should take seconds takes an afternoon of exports and spreadsheets. That’s the wall where Salesforce development services come in — and it’s the work we do.

We write custom Salesforce development the way it should be written: Apex that follows proper design patterns, Lightning Web Components that don’t break on the next release, integrations that actually hold. No spaghetti code, no clever shortcuts that become someone else’s nightmare in two years. We’re firm believers in clicks before code — if a flow does the job, we won’t write a trigger to show off — but when code is the right answer, ours is the kind you can hand to any developer later and they’ll thank you.

So here’s the straight version: plenty of shops will throw code at your org. Far fewer write code you’ll still be glad of in three years. That difference is the entire point of hiring a proper Salesforce development company.

Full-cycle custom Salesforce development.

From a single Apex trigger to a full AppExchange package, our certified Salesforce developers cover the whole build. One accountable team, code that lives in your org, documentation you can actually use.

Need strategy and setup rather than code? That’s our Salesforce consulting and implementation services. This page is about the engineering.

Custom Salesforce development

Complex business logic in Apex triggers and classes, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce where it’s still needed, batch processing for big data volumes, and reporting dashboards that answer the question your board actually asks.

UI development icon

Lightning & UI development

Custom Lightning Web Components, Experience Cloud sites and a UI your team doesn’t fight. We build the front end so people use it, not tolerate it — adoption lives or dies here.

Salesforce integration

Salesforce integration

Connecting Salesforce to your ERP, payment processors, marketing tools, call-centre systems and cloud storage — via MuleSoft, REST and SOAP APIs. Certified integration methods, one source of truth, no manual re-keying.

app development

Salesforce app development

Custom apps that extend the platform — customer and partner portals, internal productivity tools, business-intelligence apps, automated service workflows, and industry-specific solutions built around your sector.

AppExchange package development

AppExchange package development

Managed and unmanaged packages, from concept to listing — including the AppExchange security review, version control and release management. We’ve been through that review process, so we know what it wants.

AppExchange package development

Mobile & offline development

Salesforce mobile app customization, Mobile Publisher for Experience Cloud, Mobile SDK builds, and offline functionality for field teams who don’t always have signal. Salesforce data wherever your people are.

Got a build standard config can’t handle?

Tell us what you’re trying to make Salesforce do. We’ll tell you straight whether it needs code, a clever flow, or a rethink — and roughly what it takes. No charge for the conversation.

How we build

No spaghetti code. The standards we actually hold to.

Anyone can make Salesforce do something once. Building it so it’s still maintainable, testable and fast two years and five releases later — that’s the real job. Here’s how we keep it clean.

Apex design patterns

Apex design patterns

Service layer, selector, domain patterns and SOLID principles. Code organised so the next person — including future you — can read it without a map.

Version control icon

Version control & CI/CD

Git with sensible branching, automated deployment pipelines, pre-commit validation and static code analysis. Releases that don’t make everyone hold their breath.

Multi-level testing icon

Multi-level testing

Unit, integration and UI tests with a proper Test Data Factory, positive and negative cases, dependency mocking. Coverage that means something, not just a number to clear deployment.

Clicks before code icon

Clicks before code

If Flow or Lightning App Builder does the job, we use them. We only reach for Apex when declarative tools genuinely can’t — and we document why.

Governor limits

Governor limits respected

Bulkified operations, selective SOQL with proper indexing, batch Apex for big jobs, strategic caching. Built to not fall over the day your data triples.

Security & data masking

Field-level security, Shield encryption where needed, Salesforce Data Mask, PII/PHI handling and GDPR-aware access controls. Compliance built in, not bolted on.

When do you actually need a Salesforce developer?

Not every change needs code — and a good developer will tell you when an admin can do it cheaper. But there’s a clear line where you’ve outgrown configuration. If these sound familiar, it’s time.

Flows have become a tangle nobody understands

What started as a quick automation is now a web of flows that fight each other. You need it refactored properly, often into clean Apex.

You need logic config simply can’t express

Your pricing, approval or business rules are too complex for point-and-click. That’s an Apex trigger or class, written properly.

Salesforce needs to talk to other systems

ERP, payments, a legacy database, a marketing platform. Real integration via API, not someone copy-pasting between tabs all day.

You want to build a product on the platform

A customer portal, an internal app, or a managed package for AppExchange. That’s full Salesforce app development, security review and all.

The standard UI is killing adoption

Your team avoids Salesforce because it’s clunky. Custom Lightning Web Components can make it something they’ll actually open.

An earlier developer left a mess

Uncommented code, no tests, things breaking on every release. We audit it, fix what’s salvageable, and rewrite what isn’t.

Tech stack

What our Salesforce developers work with.

Salesforce development is real software engineering. Here’s the toolkit behind the builds.

Languages & framework

  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components
  • JavaScript
  • Visualforce
  • SOQL / SOSL

Integration & APIs

  • MuleSoft
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • >Data Cloud
  • Platform Events

AI & automation

  • Einstein AI
  • Agentforce
  • >Shield encryption
  • Data Mask / GDPR

DevOps & delivery

  • Git / CI-CD
  • Salesforce DX
  • Scratch orgs & sandboxes
  • Static code analysis

Inherited messy Salesforce code?

Uncommented Apex, no test coverage, breaks on every release — we see it constantly. We’ll audit what you’ve got, tell you honestly what’s worth keeping, and clean up the rest.

Request a code audit

A Salesforce build that ships when we said it would.

Development drifts when scope is fuzzy and testing is an afterthought. We do the opposite, deliberately.

1

Scope & technical design

We pin down exactly what you need, decide clicks-versus-code for each piece, and write a technical design you sign off before anyone touches the org. Fixed price where the scope holds.

2

Build in scratch orgs

Development happens in scratch orgs and sandboxes with source tracking — never straight in production. You see progress in a sandbox you can poke at from early on.

3

Test, review, document

Multi-level testing, peer code review, ApexDocs comments and a README that means something. The unglamorous part that decides whether the build survives.

4

Deploy via CI/CD

deployment pipeline with pre-commit validation and regression testing. Releases that are routine, not events you brace for.

5

Handover & support

Documentation, training and the code sitting in your repo — yours to read and extend. Optional support retainer if you want us on call.

Want to hire a Salesforce developer by the month?

Steady stream of development work? A dedicated certified developer on a monthly basis usually beats one-off jobs — same person each sprint, an EU point of contact, scale up or down with notice.

Talk about a dedicated developer ?

The questions we get before signing.

Depends entirely on what you’re building — a single Apex trigger and a full AppExchange package are very different jobs. A focused piece of custom development can start a few thousand euros; a complex app with integrations runs much higher. After a scoping call you get a firm fixed price where the scope is clear, or a transparent time-and-materials rate where it’s still evolving. Either way, no vague estimates that quietly balloon.
We work clicks-first. If Flow, Lightning App Builder or standard configuration can do what you need, that’s what we use — it’s cheaper for you and easier to maintain. We only write Apex and custom Lightning Web Components when declarative tools genuinely can’t do the job, and we document why. Plenty of “development” requests turn out to need a good admin, not a developer, and we’ll tell you when that’s the case.
Yes — managed and unmanaged packages, from concept through to a listed app. That includes preparing for and passing the AppExchange security review, which is its own discipline and where a lot of first-timers get stuck. We handle version control and release management too, so your package can keep evolving cleanly after launch.
Very often, yes — it’s one of the most common reasons people call us. We audit the existing code first (test coverage, structure, security, governor-limit risks), tell you honestly what’s worth keeping and what should be rewritten, then either fix it or rebuild it cleanly. Inherited orgs are usually salvageable; occasionally they’re not, in which case you’ll hear that early.
You own everything — all custom code lives in your org and your repository from day one, documented and yours to extend with or without us. On data, we build to GDPR from the start: field-level security, Shield encryption where needed, Salesforce Data Mask for sandboxes, and EU data residency where it’s required. For sensitive sectors, that includes the extra handling PII and PHI demand.
Development runs from our Jaipur centre, with 25+ certified Salesforce developers. Your point of contact is an EU-based project manager on your hours, in English or German, accountable for the build rather than just relaying messages. You can engage us per project or hire a Salesforce developer on a rolling monthly basis.
