What you’re really buying

A Salesforce implementation isn’t a software install. It’s a business change.

People say “we’re implementing Salesforce” like it’s plugging in a printer. It isn’t. The licence takes an afternoon. The implementation — getting the platform to fit how your business actually sells, serves and reports, then getting your team to genuinely use it — is the real project, and it’s where almost every failure happens. Salesforce itself almost never breaks. Implementations break on three things: vague strategy, messy data, and no one thinking about adoption until it’s too late.

Our Salesforce implementation services are built around those three failure points. We design around your real processes — not the other way round, which is the classic mistake that has people fighting the CRM for years. We treat data migration as its own job, because “just import the records” is how you end up with duplicates and reports nobody trusts. And we build training and adoption in from the start, because a perfect org that your sales team quietly ignores is still a failed project.

None of that is glamorous. It’s just the difference between an implementation that pays for itself and one you’re re-doing in eighteen months with a different partner.

What our Salesforce implementation services actually cover.

Implementation is a stack of distinct jobs, and skimping on any one of them is how projects come undone. Here’s the full set — we do all of it, not just the fun bits.

Discovery & process desig

Discovery & process design

We map how your business really works before touching the org — because skipping discovery is the surest way to expensive rework later. Business process design first, configuration second.

Configuration & setup

Configuration & setup

Objects, fields, page layouts, security model, flows and dashboards. We configure with Salesforce’s native tools wherever possible — clicks before code keeps it cheaper to run and easier to maintain.

Customization where needed

Customization where needed

When configuration genuinely can’t do the job, we build — custom objects, Apex, Lightning components. We help you decide config-versus-custom honestly, since over-customizing is its own long-term tax. Development services ?

/>Data migration & cleansing<

Data migration & cleansing

Mapping from legacy CRMs, spreadsheets and old systems, with de-duplication and validation. Data migration is rarely “just importing records” — done badly, it poisons trust in the whole system from day one.

Integrations

Connecting Salesforce to your ERP, marketing tools, finance and the rest — via MuleSoft, REST and SOAP APIs. One joined-up view, instead of a CRM that’s an island.

Training, adoption & support

Role-based training on real data, adoption support through go-live, and ongoing optimization after. The step most partners rush — and the one that decides whether your investment sticks.

First Salesforce implementation, and not sure where to start?

That’s normal. Book a free call and we’ll walk you through what a realistic implementation looks like for your business — scope, rough timeline, the bits people usually underestimate. No obligation.

Book a free call

The Salesforce implementation process, minus the drama.

We run an agile, phased process so you see working software early and nothing rides on one big-bang go-live. Same methodology whether it’s a single cloud or a multi-team rollout.

1

Discovery & planning

We learn your processes, goals and pain points, and turn them into a clear implementation plan. This is the step that prevents rework, so we don’t rush it.

2

Architecture & fixed price

>A solid data model and a sensible org design — the quiet foundation that stops you drowning in technical debt later. You get the plan, timeline and a fixed price where scope allows.

3

Configure & build

Delivered in two-week sprints in a sandbox you can see from day one. Configuration first, custom code only where it’s genuinely needed.

4

testing go-live

Your team trained on real data, then a controlled go-live with us close by. For anything accounting-critical, a parallel run before full cutover.

5

Support & optimization

Hypercare in the first weeks, then optional ongoing support. Salesforce keeps evolving; we help you keep up and keep improving.

What we implement

Salesforce CRM implementation across the clouds.

First-time setup, re-implementation of an org that went wrong, or extending one that’s working — across the products European teams lean on most.

Shopify

Sales Cloud implementation

Pipeline, lead and opportunity management, forecasting and automation set up so your sales team sells instead of feeding the CRM.

Magento icon

Service Cloud implementation

Case management, omni-channel support and a knowledge base, configured for faster answers and a service team that isn’t drowning.

WooCommerce icon

Marketing Cloud implementation

Customer journeys, campaigns and segmentation, set up so your marketing spend is finally measurable.

shopware icon

Experience Cloud

Branded portals and communities for customers and partners, tied into your core processes and properly secured.

Commerce Cloud

Online and in-store joined into one experience, with inventory and data that line up across the business.

Re-implementation & rescue

Inherited a broken org? We re-architect and re-implement, salvaging what’s good and fixing what isn’t — often faster than a fresh start.

What to look for in a Salesforce implementation partner.

The wrong partner leaves companies rebuilding within a year, at real cost. Here’s the bar worth holding any implementation partner to — including us.

Certified, and experienced

Certifications are table stakes. What matters more is whether they’ve delivered implementations like yours, in your industry. Ask for the case studies, not just the badges.

End-to-end, not just config

A real partner covers the lot — discovery, data, integration, training, support. The ones who only configure leave the hard 40% for you to figure out alone.

Honest about config vs custom

Good partners push back on needless customization, because they’re the ones who’ll maintain it. If they say yes to everything, that’s a warning, not a feature.

Around after go-live

Salesforce evolves, and so do your needs. A partner who vanishes at launch leaves you stuck. Ongoing support is where long-term value actually comes from.

Earlier implementation didn’t take?

You’re not alone — a lot of orgs never really landed the first time. We’ll audit what you’ve got, tell you honestly whether to fix or re-implement, and give you a realistic plan either way.

Request an implementation audit

Implementation experience that fits your sector.

A decade of implementations across these industries means we know the compliance traps and process quirks before you raise them.

Healthcare

Patient data connected and compliant, with the care GDPR Article 9 demands. Health Cloud where it fits the workflow.

Finance & Insurance

Compliance-aware setups, audit trails and the security regulators expect. Implementation where the paperwork matters as much as the build.

Healthcare

Manufacturing

CPQ, dealer portals and ERP integration — the complex-quote, many-stakeholder rollouts Salesforce was built for.

Retail-eCommerce icon

Retail & eCommerce

Commerce and Marketing Cloud implementations tied to one customer view across every channel.

The questions we get asked before signing.

It depends on scope, and anyone quoting a flat number before a proper conversation is guessing. A focused single-cloud implementation can start around €15,000; a multi-cloud rollout with heavy customization, integrations and data migration runs into six figures. After a discovery call you get a firm fixed price where the scope is clear. Salesforce licence fees are separate and paid to Salesforce directly — implementation is what turns those licences into a system your team actually uses.
A focused single-cloud implementation is often six to twelve weeks. A typical mid-market rollout with a few clouds, custom work and data migration runs three to five months. Big multi-team or multi-country programs go in phases over longer. We’d rather give you a realistic timeline that holds than a flattering one that slips by week three — the phased approach means you see value early either way.
Fair question, they overlap. Consulting is strategy — should you use Salesforce, which clouds, what roadmap. Implementation (this page) is the actual build-and-deploy: configuration, data, training, go-live. Development is the custom-code layer — Apex, Lightning components, AppExchange apps — for when configuration can’t do the job. Most implementations include some consulting and a bit of development; we handle all three under one roof.
Very often, yes — failed or half-finished implementations are a big part of what we do. We audit what’s there, tell you honestly whether it’s worth fixing or cleaner to re-implement, then give you a realistic plan. Sometimes the existing org is salvageable; sometimes a re-implementation is genuinely faster and cheaper than untangling it. You’ll get the straight answer, not the one that bills the most hours.
Carefully, and early — not the week before launch. We map your data from its current home (legacy CRM, spreadsheets, whatever), de-duplicate and cleanse it, migrate into a staging environment, and validate against your real numbers before anything goes live. Data migration is where a lot of implementations quietly fail, so we treat it as a proper workstream, not an afterthought.
